Terms & Conditions:
- The promotion runs from 01.03.2021 until cancelled.
- Eligible are all registered LOPOCA users who bought nuggets for at least € 10 (incl. transaction fee) the day before. For more information, please refer to our LOPOCA Nugget Game rules (point 7.0).
- The calculation period for the purchase of nuggets is between 00:00 and 23:59 every day.
- Every day, a daily winner will be drawn from among all registered users using a random number generator certified by GLI.
- If the randomly drawn winner has bought the required nuggets worth at least € 10 or has completed a nugget transaction according to the LOPOCA Nugget Game rules (point 2.2.1.1.) on the previous day, he/she will receive the daily prize from the LOPOCA Prize Accumulator.
- If the randomly drawn winner has NOT bought the required nuggets worth at least € 10 or completed a nugget transaction according to the LOPOCA Nugget Game rules (point 2.2.1.1.) on the previous day, the daily prize will remain in the LOPOCA Prize Accumulator and will be increased accordingly for the next daily draw.
- The starting amount in the Prize Accumulator is € 200 and the daily prize is € 50, which means that the randomly drawn winner on day 1 will win a total of € 250 (€ 200 starting amount plus € 50 daily prize).
- The Prize Accumulator accumulates the unpaid daily winnings up to a maximum of € 10,000. If no winner has been determined or qualified among the registered users by the time this upper limit is reached, LOPOCA will in this case draw a winner among all registered users who bought nuggets worth € 10 the day before. Then, the day after, the promotion will start again under the same conditions.
- In principle, the drawing of the winner takes place every day (Monday to Friday). However, due to unforeseen events or holidays, it may happen that the prize draw takes place up to 72 hours after the previous draw.
- The winner or the prize will be updated or credited within 72 hours after the winner is determined. In addition, winners will be notified by mail and displayed on the LOPOCA website.
- LOPOCA reserves the right to exclude individual customers from this promotion and to change or terminate offers, bonuses, promotions, etc. at any time without prior notice to the user.
